Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m a mom of 2 very sweet little girls with the biggest blue eyes you’ve ever seen and a family/wedding photographer.  I’m blessed to have a large extended family. They’re Irish on one side and Italian on the other, loud, fun and loving.  My family has made me who I am today. My aunts and uncles are more like friends, my cousins like siblings. Plus I have pretty great parents, a supportive big brother and an inspiring little sister. I’m a lucky, lucky girl.

Growing up I was quite shy but always observed people, watching how they interacted with one another. To this day I still love to “people-watch.”

I always knew I wanted to do something with people which lead me to a degree in psychology. But I also like to be creative, to make things. I was torn, I bounced around all over the place trying to figure things out, to figure myself out.

A life-threatening experience at the birth of our first daughter made me realize how lucky I really am, how blessed I am. I wasn’t aware of how frightening it was until after it was over, and I was okay. Knowing what could’ve been opened my eyes to how life should be lived. That feeling is with me every day. Every day matters. I matter.

My photography style mixes that shy girl watching others and the creative energy that moves me.  I love images that tell a story, evoke emotion and capture a moment forever. Let me ‘watch’ you, let me produce pictures for you that tell your story. Remember, every day matters.
